Function Follows Form
Remember the good old days when cars were more about styling? Back then we had form over function. It was an age of tail fins and a lot of chrome. This is one of my all time favorite American cars. OK, so just one part of it. This tail lamp is from a 1959 Cadillac Eldorado Coupe. I think Herbie could fit in its trunk.

Busy Butterfly

Ever since I captured my first butterfly image a few months ago I have been on the hunt for more. A few weekends ago I was at a car show and spotted this guy flying from flower to flower within a large bush. It’s hard to get photos of these guys since they move around so much. I think I snapped about 25 photos trying to capture him but many of them show just the bush only. Out of all of those shots I did actually manage to get about four great ones. This is my favorite.
