After many trips out to the cabin in Ozello my son finally got his first big fish. He sat on the bank with his Ugly Stick fishing pole and small bucket of bait and watied patiently. I was on the dock watching him real it in, after 5 minutes of work he pulled in his first Red. The Red is about 15 inches longs and the smile we got from him was 10 times bigger. We made him stand on the dock and show us his prize.

After the big storm we had a couple weeks back, we had to make a trip out to the family cabin in Ozello to make sure everything was still in its place. The tall grassy plant we have by the edge of the house has these little white flowers all over it, my boyfriend yelled for me not to touch it after of course I had already grabbed it and moved it out so I could snap a pick. Lets just say next time I’ll ask if I can touch it first.

Landon, Will and I caught the sunrise this past Sunday morning from Ozello (which requires a 0430 wake up call, but it is so worth it). We always have such a great time when we visit and this morning was probably the best yet.
