March Challenge Theme: Wings
Northern Blue Jays are like little jets in our back yard. They fly in and scope out the area, locate the peanuts, then leap off of a branch and zip down like a rocket, tucking their wings in to limit air friction. This guy was one of the last at our feeders this evening, about 6:20 PM, when I was about to lose the light. I captured others, some with their wings spread, but this guy had a better smile.

March Theme Challenge: Exclamation Point
This one was tough. Technically, you could say this artifact vaguely resembles an Exclamation Point. Long line, big dot at the end? OK, maybe not. But when I tossed it into the air with one hand and took a photo with the other, the words my wife tossed my way certainly had exclamation points at the end, trust me on that. In fact, there are a few other interesting bits of punctuation still flowing my way……
