One loan flip flop

lost but found flip flops

The search was on for the missing flip flops….but we finally found them both. When we went to the beach my daughter lost the flip flops I thought it would be cute to put a picture (story) line into the search for the missing flip flops.

Storm at the beach

We were at the beach when a storm started to roll in. Thankfully it wasn’t thundering and lightening so I was able to get some great shots. Pine Island was at super high tide, and then the storm surges started coming in and the water as coming up over the seawall. If you are familiar with this beach at all, you know that most of the time you have to walk a mile just to get to the water. This time the water was coming to us, it was a pretty awesome thing to watch. As fast as the storm came in is as fast as it cleared up.

My cat Whiskerdoos

my cat Whisky

I thought this would be a cool picture because I took it through the screen. Whisky is 17 years old and still acts like a kitten. He is a real cool cat and I love him.

Chinese War Horse

This Chinese war horse was at the entrance of a very fine Chinese restaurant in Ft. Meyrs, FL. My son and I went down there for his orientation to his new college, Florida Gulf Coast University. There are so many beautiful things down there, I will definitely make many trips down to see him this school year.

Again, another one of my yard spiders. When I took these pictures my son helped me out. I couldn’t get a good photo of the little guys, at first they looked like fuzzy grey balls. So, my son put a white bucket up behind each spider and we were able to see them just about perfectly. The only thing missing was the web.

Cup Mountain

My name is Destiny and I am 7 years old. This is my first post to SFD. Me and mommy stacked these cups up real high and named it Cup Mountain. I used her camera to take this picture. I like to take pictures so I will take more soon.
