At the Mason Creek Boat Ramp you likely to find many animals around. This day this tall Egret was wondering around. He lives at the boat ramp and the families around feed him daily. He is old and fragile but still a joy to look at. Listening to: my son play video games
The search was on for the missing flip flops….but we finally found them both. When we went to the beach my daughter lost the flip flops I thought it would be cute to put a picture (story) line into the search for the missing flip flops.
This is an image of one of my Dad’s bands, The Nazz, as they played at Westchester Park Recreation Center in Los Angeles sometime between 1965-1967. My dad, Rich Morrison, is on the far right, singing and playing lead guitar. The guy on the left playing bass is Tom Beal. The drummer is John Melville, and I believe the guy in the middle center is Bob Wallin. Bob Wallin is actually writing a book about my Dad, and I think this image will be in that book. My Dad had asked me to retouch this image. The top is the image as I retouched it and the bottom image was the image as I received it. I’m not the best at retouching, but it does look better. Unfortunately, I do not know who took this photograph, but if anyone does, email me so I can give proper credit. Streaming Music: “Time of No Reply” by Nick Drake
Just some shells my daughter collected from around the yard. We thought that they would make a cool looking picture. Listening to: the wind blow through the Palms
Per Mr. Tillis’ request.
I actually LEFT my camera at home on Saturday so when I came across this junkyard I had to use my cell phone camera. Fortunately, I was able to get a few decent quality images. Oh yeah, and the cell phone fits nicely through the fence!
I love this and wanted to share….found about a 40 foot strip of film rolled tight in a half inch of water in the basement projector room of a burned school where i got some shuteye hitchhiking cross country in 1976. Recognized it as one of my favorite movies and dried and kept it. The roll has been sitting on a shelf on top of a bookend for about fifteen years, and last week I pulled and scanned this frame which includes the sound on the edge.
