When I came back from my brother’s funeral in New Jersey, we unpacked the Christmas decorations. The first thing to catch my sight was a Christmas wreath that my brother gave me about 20 years ago. I gasped and then told the students to take it out and we hung it up. Today, we are putting it up. He got this wreath in Texas and gave it to me since I love Christmas decorating. It was a very tough Christmas.

Sorry this took me so long to post. I drove from Delaware to North Carolina today. Got some shots on the Cape May Lewes Ferry this morning. And I took all of these shots in manual. I am getting the hang of it, I think although this off center. It was bitter cold and the ferry was see sawing back and forth in the wind. Here is one of them.

This was the Smart Car that was my brother’s. It’s sitting in my father’s driveway. Every time I wash the dishes at the kitchen window, I keep thinking he should be in the driver’s seat.

VW Life in The Third Dimension

OK folks, grab a pair of red and blue 3-D glasses! You do have some, right? This is my first successful COLOR 3-D image! Taken Saturday, November 14th at Boyd Hill park for the Bulli Brigade VW Bus show. The background building should look familiar to you folks as it has appeared in some of my other images. It’s kind of a tradition to take images in front of this old general store.

Relaxing At The Bug Jam

This Beetle was parked right behind mine. A young guy and his girl were stretched out, relaxing by the Bug. I noticed his sneakers near the rear wheel and thought it made for a nice image. I asked if it was ok, he said yes, and the rest is history. Cool thing is that I had my Polaroid POGO portable printer with me so I could give him a copy of the image right on the spot!
