I know that each day I pick them up is one day closer to a healthier lifestyle….but for now they are the enemy!

Our team batting helmets rest on the high shelf while we are out on the field. The uniforms must all match and the helmets are the only way the boys can show all little personality, I love all the colors and cool designs.

Poor Tyler was sick this game and was told he needed to sit this inning out. With an upper respitory infection and one heck of a cough, he still wanted to play every inning. He just stood there watching and learning as each batter walked up to the plate. Before long he was back on the field with his team mates.

During one the many baseball games we’ve played this season, I saw this ball just sitting in the dug out wall. The ball was placed there due to the fact that it doesn’t fly right. The boys proceeded to tell me its been blocked from the game. Kids and their wild imaginations.

I attended the first Scottish Games to be held in Marion Co. Had a really good time, but was not impressed with how the event co-odinators had set up the various shows. I had to wonder how many of these young women needed a chiropractor the next day! That hammer was heavy and the long handle did not help make it any more manageable.

3 Sisters Springs is a beautiful hidden landmark in Citrus County. You can only ge there by boat, and you have to drop anchor and swim in through the trees to find this glorious sight. We took our friend Tina here a couple of weekends ago. Tina is a certified scuba diver and just loves to be in the water, even when it is 72 degrees.

This trip out we decided to bring the underwater camera and see what we could come up with. When the sun is out it makes the most beautiful streaks thru the water. In this picture Tina is free falling into the 2nd of the 3 springs. We had such a blast and the pics turned out great. Time to invest in yet another camera.

I was out for a walk in the infield at Atlanta Motor Speedway this weekend and I came across Marcos Ambrose giving his kids a ride on his golf cart, what a good dad.
