Dad's band-scans

This is an image of one of my Dad’s bands, The Nazz, as they played at Westchester Park Recreation Center in Los Angeles sometime between 1965-1967. My dad, Rich Morrison, is on the far right, singing and playing lead guitar. The guy on the left playing bass is Tom Beal. The drummer is John Melville, and I believe the guy in the middle center is Bob Wallin. Bob Wallin is actually writing a book about my Dad, and I think this image will be in that book. My Dad had asked me to retouch this image. The top is the image as I retouched it and the bottom image was the image as I received it. I’m not the best at retouching, but it does look better. Unfortunately, I do not know who took this photograph, but if anyone does, email me so I can give proper credit.

With beautiful San Francisco so close, it’s hard to believe my favorite picture from our vacation was taken on Alcatraz.

Old Man in San Fran

I was in San San Francisco in 2004, walking in China Town. I passed this bar and started taking shots hoping nobody would move.

Stump

Driving down a back road in Northern California I saw this backlit stump, turned around and took the shot.

Trio of Trees on Hillside

I got up early for some early light shots of the sea lions that inhabit this part of the “left” coast, but there weren’t many around. It was foggy, but beautiful, so I spent a couple hours walking and shooting. (this is near Trinidad, CA)

While working in N. California I came came across this view of the bridge. It crosses the Klamath River and the highway is actually named the Bigfoot Hwy (due to numerous sightings in the area).
