3D fun

This year we got a real treat, we watched the fireworks in 3D and out on the deck of the boat. The Dream Society supplied 3D glasses for the festivities and we were docked out in Lake Henderson. I have to say watching the fireworks with the glasses on made us all feel like kids again. Getting the 3D shots was not easy, try holding paper glasses infront of your digital lens and snapping pics…..lol

Time To Celebrate

fireworks

I’ve never really attempted to capture fireworks before so July 4th was a bit of an experiment night for me. Unfortunately, I was too late to set up and capture the BIG show so I had to settle for the do it yourself fireworks displays. The images were fairly interesting. I like this one the best because it is different from all the others. What you see here is a guy shooting off a Roman candle. This is a long exposure so you can see the light from multiple shots. There’s also a firework blast in the background from someone else.
Hope everyone had a blessed 4th!
